birds fly in a V
no course or lesson can teach –
a lesson I take

Haiku: Rainbow

drops on the window
clouds scudding low in the dark –
smiles at the rainbow

Animals across the sky
The mind is unmoved

Two swans through the mist;
drops hang from dank bare branches
Crow’s caw breaks the gloom
