Den Konglige Biblioteks Have — Life in Copenhagen (Reblog)

So I’ve shown you The Black Diamond (Den Sorte Diamant) a while back, but not this gem of a garden hidden behind it. I intended to share these photos much earlier, but I honestly there are so many pictures piling up on my computer that I forget about, and I can’t keep track of what […]

They think I’m losing my mind,
that my time to live is almost done.

They say I’ve had my day,
that I don’t deserve what I’ve spent

my whole life saving up for,
these few short years which fly by

Astrology and Health (part 1) — Astrology Musings

Astrology and health do go together, each sign of the zodiac is traditionally associated with a part of the human body.

The twelve signs begin with Aries and end with Pisces. Logically, when you visualise a human form, we start at the head and end with the feet, top to bottom. From that simple correlation, we can, for example, deduce that Aries ‘rules’ the head and Pisces the feet.

Interestingly, the Ram, or Aries, is known for butting heads – a battering ram, so it may not be surprising to find out that the head is often a weak point of this sign.

Similarly, if you look down at your feet, maybe you can imagine the glyph of the Fishes, or Pisces, which bear the whole weight of our bodies. Poor Pisces has to take on so much!

In this series of short articles, I will explore the health associations with each sign, plus how health issues can relate to factors in our far more individual birth charts.

*** It is very easy for us to neglect our health but during times like these it is especially wise for us to stay healthy and watch what we eat.
